Information - Technical and Commercial Bids
  1. Please submit the Technical Bid in soft copy via email to info_nsm@crraoaimscs.res.in. The Commercial Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope as per the tender schedule.
  2. Bids will be considered only if the required fees/deposits etc., as specified in the tender document, are submitted to C.R. Rao Advanced Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science (AIMSCS).
  3. The outer sealed envelope must contain two separate sealed envelopes inside: one for the commercial bid and one for the fees/deposits. The Commercial Bid Envelope must contain the commercial bid as specified in the tender document. The Fees/Deposits Envelope must contain a Demand Draft (DD), or an online transfer receipt, or valid proof of deposit.
  4. The outer sealed envelope must also include the bidder's name, bidder's details, and contact details (address, email ID, and phone number) for communication, if required.
  5. The sealed envelope should be submitted either by Speed Post or in-person delivery. The sealed envelope should be delivered to:

  6. Please note that CR Rao AIMSCS will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the sealed envelope caused by the vendor/bidder or postal/courier services. Timely submission is the sole responsibility of the vendor/bidder.
  7. Please submit a scanned copy of the Demand Draft (DD), online transfer receipt, or valid proof of deposit along with the technical bid, and enclose the physical copy within the separate sealed Fees/Deposits Envelope inside the outer sealed envelope.
